2020 has been a very interesting year of ups and downs for every single one of us in the entire world. Through all of the negativity that the world has experienced, there have also been countless positive scenarios that have also taken place. We have chosen at Kona Seafood Market to embrace the positive side of things. We have been able to take the time to see what the most important things in life truly are, like spending time with our loved ones and spending more time on making healthy choices in our daily lives. We have watched our community come together in some of the most beautiful ways imaginable to help each other out, and embrace what it means to be a neighbor. Kona Seafood Market has been born organically through nothing but positive choices, and our community working together for all of us to succeed. Kailua Kona and the Big Island of Hawaii has been needing a dedicated Seafood Market for a long time, with fair prices for both the fishermen and the consumer alike, and that is what we will provide. Our motto "Always Fresh. Always Local. Always Sustainable." is not just words to us, it is our Achilles heel. Our business and our success will be based upon our integrity to provide the most fresh, local and sustainably caught Seafood on the entire Island, and we will not disappoint you in delivering just that. Our Marketplace is not a fancy restaurant, and we do not have dine in seating available.
Our Marketplace is simply an establishment to purchase the Islands most fresh seafood, brought to us by local and licensed commercial fishermen, as well as a couple of local businesses. We have a range of options to choose from on our menu, which is based on the seasonal catch at the particular time of the year. Our constant goal is to provide a wide variety of different types of fish and seafood to our loyal customer base.
